A little about Amanda

Born into a sugar cane farming family in the tiny Far North Queensland town of Mourilyan, Amanda first visited Noosa during her teenage years, enjoying family holidays at Little Cove and horse riding at Cooroy. With her love of swimming and the water, Amanda knew one day she’d return to these beautiful natural surroundings and the friendships she’d made.

Her passion for property was inspired by family members who had always been enthusiastic about real estate. After finishing school at Redcliffe Peninsula and completing further studies, Amanda bought her first home and went on to buy, renovate and sell several others whilst chalking up achievements in retail management and establishing a childcare business.

After selling her business and moving to Aroona, Amanda made an auspicious start in real estate, being awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ in her first position at a boutique realtor. More than 13 years on, Amanda’s in-depth industry knowledge, incredible work ethic, superior negotiation skills and ability to market all property types has given her an enviable reputation for achieving record results for her clients.

Looking back, she also knows some of her success and sense of community is down to her grandfather. As Chairman of the Innisfail Fire Brigade, each year he tasked young Amanda with not only selling raffle tickets but finding sponsors for Spelling Bees and Skip-a-thons!

Amanda loves people and enjoys building strong client relationships based on honest and open communication. Enjoy a stress-free and rewarding experience for your next property transaction with Amanda’s relaxed and professional approach.
