A little about Sepi

Sepi entered the real estate world over a decade ago in the bustling city of San Francisco where her mother still owns a successful boutique Real Estate company. Starting out photographing homes, building the company brand from scratch, and establishing marketing packets through print and social media, Sepi’s creative skills and love for real estate quickly expanded. During that time Sepi became a parent to three beautiful boys and continued to pursue her passion for acting, the field she received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre for. Sepi has had the opportunity to work in community theatre, commercials, short films and just recently at Noosa Arts Theatre in Money and Friends by the esteemed David Williamson and then shortly after at the Queensland Theatre Company where she debuted at QTC in Family Values by David Williamson and returned for Tiny Beautiful Things by Nia Vardalos. Sepi continues to work in the Film/Stage industry while working in Real Estate. Connecting with human beings is and will always be a driving passion in all of the work she does.

Sepi thrives on an honest and human forward method. Markets will fluctuate, laws will change, but having an approachable, positive, and truthful perspective will always stay a constant for her. Sepi is an enthusiastic and energetic personality who enjoys seeing buyers and sellers have a fruitful experience. It’s a dream for many people to own a home and living on the Sunshine Coast is the icing on the homeowner cake. After a few years of living amongst the Peregian and Noosa locals, Sepi looks forward to working with and for the community she has fallen in love with!
